GOSPEL READING: JOHN 16:5-11
Jesus came with a mission. He has completed the mission and he had to go back to the one sent him. His going back to the Father has two reasons: one is because he had completed the mission and the other is that the advocate will come only if he returns to the Father.
The Advocate will teach the world that the ideas that they have with regard to sin, righteousness and condemnation are wrong. Sin is, not believing in Jesus. Their idea about righteousness is wrong because Jesus is returning to the Father. Their idea about condemnation is wrong because the ruler of the world is condemned already.
துனையாளரின் வருகை தரும் பயன்கள்: பாவம்> நீதி> தீர்ப்பு ஆகியவை பற்றி உலகினர் கொண்டுள்ள கருத்துகள் தவறானவை என எடுத்துக்காட்டுவார். பாவம் என்பது இயேசுவின்மீது நம்பிக்கை கொள்ளாததுதான். இயேசு தந்தையிடம் செல்வதன் வழியாக நீதி நிலைநாட்டப்படுகிறது. தீயோன் தீர்ப்பிடப்பட்டு விட்டதால் தீர்ப்பு நிரூபிக்கப்படுகிறது.
