GOSPEL READING: JOHN 16:20-23
In the world there is grief, weeping and mourning. This is what the world can offer to anyone particularly to the disciples. The world itself will rejoice at the suffering of the disciples. Here the author speaks of the evil world ( the world without God and also without Jesus).
The disciple should always remember that at the return of the Lord there will be a rejoicing which not even this world could offer or take it away. The joy which Jesus offers is totally good and positive that no evil will be able to prevent it. It would be like the rejoicing of a mother at the child birth. The suffering and the difficulties would be totally forgotten.
இவ்வுலகம் கொடுப்பது அழுகை> புலம்பல்> துயரம் போன்றவைதான். இவ்வுலகில் (தீய உலகில்) கடவுள் இல்லை இயேசு இல்லை. இயேசு வரும்போது (இருக்கும் போது) நிறை மகிழ்ச்சி இருக்கும். அதை யாரும் நீக்கவிட முடியாது.
