GOSPEL READING: LUKE 21: 20-28
Jesus is talking about the destruction of Jerusalem. It is a political situation; natural situation. Jerusalem gets destroyed because of the Roman invasion. Natural happening are a constant reminder to the people about the impending final end. Every natural end should not be talked about as the final end but it is a reminder.
Final end will be the upsetting of the whole universe. The whole of creation will go through a change and how it will be is not known to the people. And the time of its happening is also not known to anyone. However such an end will be accompanied by the coming of the Son of Man. It will not a destruction but rather it will be a new creation (stand erect and raise your heads because your redemption is at hand).
அழிவுகள்> மறைவுகள் உலக நிகழ்வுகள்> உலக நியதியும் கூட. இதை உலக முடிவாக கருதிவிடக்கூடாது. ஊலக அழிவு என்பது வேறு. அதைப்பற்றி யாருக்கும் தெரியாது யாரும் விளக்கம் கொடுக்க முடியாது. அது மானிட மகனின் வருகையே.
