*6th Sunday of Easter – 26th May 2019 — Gospel: Jn 14,23-29 *
*Experience God’s Family *
Jesus came to reveal the ultimate truth, the truth of the Father’s love which he experienced and manifested in his life, death and resurrection. We are invited to participate in this truth by becoming one with Jesus through faith. Even though Jesus is departing, he wishes to never abandon his disciples. He promises his disciples to come to them and remain with them through his Spirit, who is the Advocate and “the Spirit of truth”. The Holy Spirit assists the believer in discovering all the factual and practical implications of Jesus’ profound truth, especially of the Father. This Spirit of truth is instinctively and interiorly experienced as an abiding presence by those who follow him. Because they have become children of the Father through the glorified Jesus, they will experience the loving intimacy and assistance of God’s family even more closely.
இயேசு சிறந்ததொரு உண்மையை வெளிப்படுத்த இவ்வுலகிற்கு வந்தார். அவர் அனுபவித்த தந்தையின் அன்பை தன்னுடைய வாழ்வு, மரணம் மற்றும் உயிர்ப்பு மூலம் அந்த உண்மையை வெளிப்படுத்தினார். நம்பிக்கையின் வழியாக இயேசுவுடன் ஒன்றிணைந்து இந்த உண்மையில் பங்கேற்க அழைக்கப்படுகிறோம். இயேசு இவ்வுலகிலிருந்து பிரிந்தாலும், அவர் தம் சீடர்களை ஒருபோதும் கைவிட விரும்புவதில்லை. அவர் தம்முடைய ஆவியானவர் மூலம் வந்திருந்து உடனிருப்பேன் என்று அவருடைய சீடர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கிறார். அவரோ ஆலோசனையையும் உண்மையையும் வெளிப்படுத்தும் ஆவியானவர். இயேசு வெளிப்படுத்திய நடைமுறை உட்குறிப்புகளின் ஆழமான மறைஉண்மைகளையும் குறிப்பாக தந்தையைப் பற்றியும் தெரிந்து கொள்ள நம்பிக்கையாளருக்கு தூய ஆவியானவர் துணை நிற்கின்றார். இந்த உண்மையின் ஆவியானவரை இயேசுவை பின்பற்றுவோர் உள்ளார்ந்த உள்ளுணர்வாகவும் இணக்கமான உடனிருப்பாகவும் அனுபவிக்கின்றனர். மகிமைப்படுத்தப்பட்ட இயேசுவின் மூலம் அவர்கள் இறைத்தந்தையின் பிள்ளைகளாக ஆகிவிட்டதால், கடவுளுடைய திருக்குடும்பத்தின் நெருக்கமான அன்பையும் மற்றும் உதவியையும் இன்னும் ஆழமாக அனுபவிப்பார்கள்.
