Breaking the Word

GOSPEL READING: LUKE 11:37-41

God is the creator of the whole universe and all within it. He has not made part of anything and the other half came out of itself or from something else. He made the outside and inside of the vessels and created the man in the same way. He did not create only the inside of him and left the outside of him to be made by someone else.

Things have to be seen in totality. Persons also should be seen in totality. If the inside of a thing is clean then so also the outside should be. The outside should reflect the cleanliness of the inside. God is the God of wholeness and totality.

கடவுள் எல்லாவற்றையும் முழுமையாகப் படைத்தார். ஒரு பகுதியை மட்டும் படைத்துவிட்டு மறுபகுதியை படைப்பதற்கு பிறரை நாடிச் செல்லவில்லை. இந்த மனநிலையோடு பிறரையும் பொருள்களையும் காணவேண்டும்.

GOSPEL READING: LUKE 11:29-32

People of this world and the people of this generation (of every generation) look for signs. People long for signs and wonders to believe in God and Godly activities. Any generation that asks for sign is a wicked generation. Even if signs were given they would not repent and believe.

Ninevites believed in Jonah and his preaching. They converted themselves without question. Jonah preached to a pagan nation and they accepted him as a prophet and accepted his preaching and converted themselves. Here Jesus, the Son of God is preaching and the people ask for a sign.

யோனாவின் அடையாளம்: அவர் ஒரு இறைவாக்கினர்@ அவர் இறைவாக்கை மக்களுக்கு எடுத்துக்கூறினார். இதை மக்கள் ஏற்றுக் கொண்டனர். அவர்கள் அடையாளம் கேட்கவில்லை. இயேசு இறைமகன். ஆனால் மக்கள் அடையாளம் கேட்கிறார்கள்.
